Log in to Agrines Trading via a browser or mobile application. Fill in pre-defined orders with conditions and price, as well as to which customer groups the offer applies. Creating a reservation

In the orders, you define the necessary elements that define the goods, terms of delivery, collection and payment, as well as and groups of merchants or customers to whom you want to send an offer to make a reservation. By sending a reservation, they receive notifications and an order in which they can enter only e.g. amount and time of handover.

The administrator sees all important parameters and the status of reservations on the dashboard at any time.

E signing of documents

Enable your suppliers to sign purchase orders, sales orders, invoices or any other document you import into Agrines E-signing.

E-signing allows the farmer to sign any contract you created at the same time, regardless of where he is at that moment.

All signed documents are stored in the database and are easily available to you and your farmers.

How it works: You simply import the document that you want your subcontractor to sign. Choose who you want to send it to and that’s it. Your subcontractor will receive an SMS notification about the received document. Sign it on the screen and confirm sending.
